We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with planit green home. If you are dissatisfied with a product you ordered from our online store, you may return it for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, ship it back to us with your completed packing slip and a copy of your invoice. A return label is included with your packing slip. We will gladly refund the cost of the item plus shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

We ship orders Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on delivering your shipment quickly. Your order will ship within 2 business days of reciept of your order.

- We currently ship orders to all US states and Canada.
- If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday, we will process your order the next business day.

Our beautiful recycled gift boxes and organic ribbons are a perfect way to send your planit green home gifts to friends and family. Gift boxes are 100% recycled, reusable and renewable...100% green! Each package is topped off with our 100% organic cotton ribbon (available in natural, red, green or blue). Cost is $5.00 per package.
For smaller gift items, we also offer beautiful 100% recycled "pillow box" envelopes or "purse" envelopes, perfect for smaller gift items.

Our Commitment:
In keeping with our mission to clean up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes made from 70% or more recycled material. Our mailing envelopes are made of 100% recycled material. Our packing slips are printed on recycled paper, and we also use 100% recycled and biodegradable "crinkle cut" box filler to help protect your order during shipping.
